Job Description:

CSS is looking for a highly effective Dental Sales Development Representative to develop and execute sales strategies and attract new clients. This position will be responsible for developing and nurturing lead sources, qualifying prospects, originating new accounts, growing customers, and managing sales of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on potential clients. Weekly expectations: 7 appointments per week set.
  • Develop referral partnerships with other dental industry sales professionals
  • Track all outreach (calls, visits, etc.) into the company CRM
  • Attend and lead business lunch/dinner, sales meetings and events, conferences, job fairs, or any other business development functions as appropriate
  • Forecast sales targets and provide feedback to management

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proven tactical dental sales and negotiations experience
  • Ability to work autonomously but also highly functional in a team environment
  • Customer-focused; understands and always delivers exemplary customer service
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software and CRM
  • Must have reliable transportation and be receptive to flexible hours

Salary: Starting $45,000.00 per year + Bonus
